By way of introduction....
This is me.

Studious.

Proper.

Joyful.

Mature.

And a team player. Always a team player.

I think that I may have mentioned this in a previous post, but I am currently reading this book:

Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking
By Susan Cain

I was searching for reading material for the summer and a professor shared this title with me.
I have not yet finished the book (I have this problem that I like to read a million books at once), but it has been really interesting so far.
It talks about the benefits of being both introverts and extroverts and how our society pushes the ideal of extrovert. (I'm not really doing it any justice, let's be honest.)
As I read this book, I can see myself in both playing fields. Which type of person am I, really?

So... I took an online quiz. The solution to every problem.
This is particular quiz is one that was created by the author of the title mentioned above.
You can find it HERE

Those of you that know me... what would guess my results were?
(For those of you that don't really know me, I was hoping the pictures/descriptions would be a helpful tool.)

Introvert.
I, Angie, am an introvert.

I'm not ashamed.
Only surprised. Quite surprised.

Was anyone else surprised by their results?
(Or would anyone like to argue their results?)

  1. This is interesting, it also told me i'm an introvert. However, I don't think I really agree with this, since i've taken multiple other personality tests that have told me otherwise. Also, the concept the Susan Cain discusses in her book is that inroverts get their energy from being alone while extroverts get energy from being around people. While I appreciate time in solitude I can say I definitely get my energy from being around other people. I took the Meyers-Briggs personality test also and that deemed me a fairly strong extrovert. That's an interesting one to look at if you haven't already
