Angie: As Bright as a Diamond

Sometimes I wonder if my mind works a little differently than most.

For example, someone said something to be other day about a diamond. And... what did I think of?
Diamond ring? A girl's best friend (to borrow the words of Madonna)? Mmmmnope.

Behold:

(The fact that this is a recording of someone's television makes it even more dramatic, in my opinion.)

This is like that catchiest song ever and for some reason I can never get it out my head.
(Also- while we're on the subject- music videos? Weird. Always so weird. How does the horse come into play?) What does it mean to "shine bright like a diamond" anyway?
